‘Proper’ Mountain Bike Series – Next Event

One race to go in the 2011 Innerleithen Mountain Bike Series, the Mountain TT on 13th March.  This is a truly original event on the mountain biking calendar and has become the traditional Scottish XC season opener.

 To take part in the race riders will leave the start at their allotted time, at one minute intervals, and make their way around a single lap of a challenging 25km course. The race started as the Alistair Lees Memorial TT in 2008, and the trophy will be awarded in the Vets category in …
