Scotland’s national mountain biking organisation – Developing Mountain Biking in Scotland – asked Go-Where Scotland’s owner Andy McKenna why all mountain bikers ought to muck in, get their hands dirty and support the national and European trail maintenance weekend on the 7th & 8th April.
Andy’s passion for mountain biking and exploring the wilds of Scotland started in the 80s, before he turned his hobby into a career in 2008; as the proud owner of Go-Where Scotland, for him, Taking Care of Your Trails’ is a no brainer.
“Why? Because we all want to enjoy riding amazing places forever. Because the trails don’t take care of themselves. Because we are proud of Scotland and we do take sustainability and environmental impacts of mountain biking very seriously.”
