  • Founding partner Andy left the corporate world behind in 2008 to pursue his lifelong passion for Scotland and mountain biking – what began as a solo bicycle guiding service with Andy running the whole show, has evolved into a fully fledged adventure cycling package holiday tour business with a growing team and an enviable reputation for infusing a distinct Scottish flavour and personal touch into every bike trip.

Our mission is simple: to create authentic, transformative and fun cycling experiences for all – to connect people with our precious landscape, our culture, the local characters, the best inns, pubs and restaurants – and of course, the best riding experiences. With that in mind, we’ve opened up a wider range of new experiences for everyone to enjoy and are excited to see these take off.

Our motto is RIDEMÒR – it’s derived from mòr (Scots Gaelic for ‘great’ and ‘big’) and it expresses the impact we strive for in every cycling experience we deliver. Yes, we’re a bicycle tour operator but we’re more than that – we use our place in the market and the industry to bring about positive change for Scotland, for our visitors, and for those that do not have the opportunity to experience the physical and mental benefits and sheer joy that riding bikes on Scottish soil can have.

We’ve mountain biked, gravelled and bikepacked the length and breadth of Scotland. We’ve shared adventures with riders from all over the world on day and multi-day guided, self-guided and tailor-made mountain bike, gravel and bikepacking experiences. From the beautiful Tweed Valley in the Scottish Borders to the magnificent Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, through majestic Highland Perthshire, the Cairngorms, Royal Deeside and Angus Glens, to the epic heights of Lochaber, Wester Ross and the Inner and Outer Hebrides – the opportunities for two-wheeled adventure in Scotland are endless.

We’ve introduced more people to the joys of exploring Scotland’s dirt on two wheels than ever before – our Mountain Lassies women’s trips and Afternoon Tea Rides have been a hit with our female clan. We’re also proud to be part of the FNY Collective whose mission is to educate and empower women through mountain biking. Our bothy bikepacking adventures have gone down a treat with young people and there’s more in the pipeline as our Mòr Diversity programme evolves.

To top things off, 2019 ended on a real high for us and we’re over the moon to have received, not just one, but four acknowledgements for the work we do – a handful of wins at the annual Developing Mountain Biking in Scotland (DMBinS) national industry awards (pictured below).
